Normally Customers will receive the delivery within 7 to 10 working days.
Customers will get order confirmation immediately once an order is placed. Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days, tracking number will be advised once the parcels are shipped by our trusted courier partners including FedEx, UPS, DHL, EMS, or Registered Air Post depending on the courier service availability to the destination area. Please note some couirer services do not deliver to PO Box shipping address.
Please ensure the order shipping address and contact phone number is entered correctly you might be contacted for the delivery needs. Shipping fee can be calculated in shopping cart when entering the address. If you do not find your country in the dropdown list, please send email to serviecs@tplaza.com.au, we will check the delivery options for you.
For “Available on back-order ” items, please allow 7-15 working days for delivery.
Customers are liable for the import tariff/GST depending on the import regulations of each country. If the package is returned by custom due to unpaid tax, the order will not be refunded.
Due to high logistics cost, minimum order amount over $50 is required.
